  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried buttermilk (may be omitted if unavailable)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving
